The pastry biscuit born in the XNUMXth century

Sweet but a little "amaretti". Thus was born the history of the Italian tradition of a pastry biscuit that dates back to the end of the thirteenth century, from the words of a housewife from Sassello, in the province of Savona. The Master Confectioners of Nannini revisit and propose these sweets following the rhythm of the seasons: classic amaretti and lemon for spring summer; coffee and chocolate for autumn winter. We do it by capturing their aromas: almond blossoms, green leaves of lemons, coffee roasted , the round warmth of chocolate in the cup.
