Ingredients
To make this delicious recipe with coffee we need to get the following ingredients:
- chicken breast (about 300 g)
- 3 teaspoons of powder coffee
- 3 teaspoons of raw cane sugar
- 5-6 juniper berries
- pink pepper
- salt (just enough)
- mixed pepper (just enough)
- oil
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Method
After having obtained all the ingredients for the recipe, the first thing to do to make the coffee crusted chicken is to chop the sprigs of rosemary together with the juniper berries, and then mix them with the coffee powder, sugar and other spices.
Then you have to grease the chicken breast with oil, then pass it in the coffee mixed with the spices, so as to create a covering over the whole piece of meat.
Then we have to season the chicken, adding salt and pepper as needed.
Now you have to put some baking paper in a baking tray, which is then greased with a little oil, so that the chicken does not stick.
Then put the chicken in the pan and pour a little more oil over it, before putting it in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 °.
Once the coffee-crusted chicken is cooked, we take it out of the oven and sprinkle it with pink pepper.
